Extension OPD's

In order to attend special health problems of industrial workers,migratory sugarcane harvest labourers and their families, an extension Out patient Department was established in 1978.

The OPD is well equipped for first aid emergency, management and routine comprehensive health care.

A mobile health team is regularly attending the need of the migratory harvest labourers, specially the vulnerable groups at their work place.

Out-reach Activities

The Rural Hospital organises regular'Multi-diagnostic and Treatment Camps' in remote, needy villages as part of the 'Out-reach programme' to provide free health services at the doorstep.

In addition to these, separate speciality-wise camps are organised regularly.
The other out-reach activities include school health check-ups, comprehensive primary health care in slums, visits to primary health centers and sub-centers.
