Project Area
The operational area of the Project includes 235 remotest villages, of which 100 tribal, of Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. These villages belongs to the drought prone and backward Talukas namely Shrirampur, Sangamner, Rahata, Rahuri, Akole, Shevgaon, Pathardi, Newasa. The total population of the project area is 4,00,000.
