Convocation
Every candidate after passing the final examination and after undergoing compulsory internship. If prescribed, for a specified period, to the satisfaction of the concerned college/institution/ school and the university authority, shall be eligible to receive degrees, diplomas or certificates.
On Convocation Day, each academic year, students receive their degrees, diplomas or certificates, Fresh graduates, get an opportunity to listen to convocation address delivered by eminent guests on emerging issues in higher education and practice of professions.
Students also take the prescribed oath.

Report of Fifth convocation
The Fifth convocation of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (Deemed University) was held on 26th February 2011 at 11.00 am. in the complex of Pravara Medical Trust Loni. Tal. Rahata Dist Ahmednagar.
Hon’ble Dr.Vijay Kelkar, Chancellor of the University presided over the ceremony & delivered the Convocation Address .
Hon’ble Shri. Balasaheb Vikhe Patil , Managing Trustee was the Guest of Honour.
The Brief review of the university activities was presented by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Dr.M.G.Takawale.
The Hon’ble Chancellor confermed the Honorary Degree of '' Doctor of Science'' (Honoris Causa) on Hon’ble, Mr. Roberto Zagha , Country Dierctor, World Bank, New Delhi in reorganization of his outstanding contribution in the field of economics .
The Hon’ble Chancellor conferred degrees/diplomas to students during the 5th Convocation of Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Deemed University.

The Hon’ble Chancellor confermed the third Honorary Degree of '' Doctor of Science'' (Honoris Causa) was confered on Hon’ble, Dr. Anil Kakodkar, Chairman, Atomic Energy Commission, Govt of India and Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India in reorganization his outstanding contribution in the field of science & technology.
